The TENT Site...

  1. Select a location for your Tent.

    To help you select the size you need for a pole tent.
    Select a size and add 3 to 4 feet for each side.

    Example: A 20x30 would measure 28x38

  2. Visually check the area look up and check for tree limbs These and other obstructions could be in the way of putting up your Tent. Depending on what size of Tent you are renting the Height of the Peak will vary. Height information can be obtained by contacting Accurate Services.
  3. Underground utilities must be marked. It is the Renter's (Lessee) responsibility to locate all underground utilities in the area of the Tent Site. If you are not sure were your underground utilities are please refer to this website www.digsafelynewyork.com or Call 1-800-962-7962. 
  4. If a permit is required.It is the Renter's (Lessee) responsibility to acquire all necessary permits.

There are Three Main types of surface conditions.
        
Grass, Asphalt, and Concrete.

Grass is considered a Standard installation and there is N0 Extra Charge.

Asphalt. Tents can be installed on an Asphalt surface for an additional charge at$3.50Per Stake. Asphalt Patch is available to fill holes for an additional charge also.

Concrete. Tents can be installed over concrete For additional charges however charges vary from situation to situation. A Tent Consultant must view this site.

The General Rule Of Thumb For Estimating Seating Capacity

Banquet Style Seating
When using oblong tables, divide the room area (sq. ft.) by 8. These figures are for maximum seating. If space is available for more comfortable seating, allow an additional 2 sq. ft. per person.
